The 2021 A to Z Challenge will be my eighth.
In 2019 while preparing for a visit to the United Kingdom, I posted about places there associated with my family history. In 2020 I wrote about my family history connections in London.
For the 2021 challenge I will be writing about my Irish family history.

I look forward to reading about your Irish ancestors. I had some but lost them with my DNA discovery! So I will have to make do with yours.

Amazed by how far back you’ve been able to trace your Irish. Mine (some) go back as far as three greats only.

My daughter traced the Irish side of my husband’s family back quite a ways during her genealogy course in college. She had a lot of fun! Weekends In Maine

This sounds really awesome. I’ve got a tonne of interest in geneology, mostly because there’s a running joke in my family about ours, so I’ll be reading with interest!

Great theme! I was so excited when I finally found Irish ancestors in my family tree a year or two ago. I’d looked so long in the hopes of finding some, and finally got my wish.

Eight years in a row, awesome! It would have been 8 years for me (started in 2014) but in 2018 and 2019 I didn’t participate due to family medical issues. I’ve been working on genealogy since I took DNA tests for Ancestry and 23 and me. It would be nice to actually know how some of my new found relatives are actually related to me. Writing about your Irish family sound interesting. Good luck with the challenge.
